Open group sessions, November and December 2017

The upcoming open group sessions I am offering provide clients with the opportunity to regularly nourish the seeds of mindfulness and self-compassion they are growing via guided, structured practice in a safe, group therapy environment, as well as providing the opportunity to have some time for connection with others and for self-reflection. Sessions are structured and each session is 1 hour in length. Clients choose the sessions they which to attend. The current time options for sessions running from November 1, 2017 to December 21, 2017 include Tuesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and Thursdays from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.. More information.
