Registration is open for True Strength 10-Week Group Program
Registration is now open for True Strength: Working with Challenging Emotions and Self-Criticism using Compassion, Mindfulness, and Creativity.
This is a 10-week group program teaching skills both from mindfulness (including selections from mindfulness-based stress reduction programs) and from compassionate mind training.
The fall 2014 group is geared toward individuals ages 20 and older who wish to work on lessening the impact of significant self-criticism and who may be experiencing negative feelings about themselves, anxiety, and worry.
The group will run on Tuesdays from September 30, 2014 until December 2, 2014; 4:00 to 5:45 p.m..
