Mindful Compassion Group Therapy Program (Fall 2022/Winter 2023)

Registration is open for the next mindful compassion group therapy program. Sessions for phase one* of the program are currently scheduled to run on the following Thursdays between October 2022 and March 2023:

Notes

Sessions will run either in the morning or afternoon depending on what works best for participants. In addition, the schedule might be modified somewhat depending on what works best for those participating.

*If there is enough interest among those participating in the above sessions to continue as a group and participate in further structured sessions (phase two), typically it is an option to do so. Phase two sessions usually occur approximately once every four weeks; however, we can discuss this as a group if/when we get closer to that time.
