Registration is open for the next Mindful Compassion Group Therapy Program (Fall 2015)

The next 15-session mindful compassion group therapy program I am offering is scheduled to begin the week of September 21, 2015. The first 13 sessions will run weekly from the week of September 21st, 2015 through to the week of December 14, 2015. We will then take a three-week break before having two additional weekly sessions. My hope is that the break will give participants a chance to practice the skills on their own for a more extended period of time before gathering together again as a group to follow-up, and to have a few additional sessions together. (Each session is 2 hours in length.)

I am currently surveying those interested to determine, which session time(s) (among two time choices) will work best for the majority of those who wish to participate. If you wish to participate in the group and would like to express your time preference, please note that the earlier you do so, the more able I will be to take that preference into account. Thanks!

(Note: For those who have completed the initial 15-session group and who wish to resume participating in group therapy in the fall, I am aiming to send you more information about options for that sometime over the next week. 🙂 )
